Information we process and why

Accounts: we process your email, display name, user ID, password verification hash and authentication sessions to register and authenticate you. Your email is currently a login identifier.

Vehicles: we process vehicle and terminal identifiers, models, capabilities, binding and installation records, terminal proofs and connection credentials to verify access and provide connection, control and updates.

Location: with permission, maps, navigation and weather use phone location. Real navigation may record coordinates, time, accuracy, speed, distance and battery information and synchronize trips to our service. A verified vehicle connection or disconnection may submit one phone location to produce city-level distribution. Phone location is not vehicle GNSS.

Notifications: after separate authorization, Android forwards available new notification titles and bodies to your verified terminal, without uploading their content through our business API or persisting the relay queue. On iOS, the system shares notifications with the terminal through ANCS; the APP does not read other apps’ notification bodies.

Mirroring: after system capture consent, screen video is sent over the local network to the terminal. It may contain private content. The current feature does not capture microphone audio or upload screen video to our business server.

Connection and security: necessary phone battery, Bluetooth/network state, request identifiers, operation times and security audit events support connection and access verification. Phone state may be sent to the connected terminal.

Permissions and your choices

Bluetooth/nearby-device permission supports discovery and connection; older Android versions may require location for Bluetooth discovery. Location supports maps, navigation, trips and weather. Optional notification permissions support sharing and running-status notices. Local network/Wi-Fi supports terminal connection and video transfer. Ongoing navigation or connection may use background modes or foreground services.

Permissions are requested through the relevant feature action. Declining an optional permission affects that feature and does not authorize other access. The APP does not require contacts, SMS, phone, photos or microphone permissions for these features. You can manage permissions in system settings.

Third-party SDKs and recipients

AMap map, search, location and navigation SDKs are provided by Beijing AMap Tuqiang Technology Co., Ltd. and relevant AMap service entities. They support map display, destination search, route planning, riding navigation and location-related weather requests. Depending on SDK, system and permission, they process authorized location, search requests, IP addresses and necessary device model, OS/APP version, device identifiers and network information. See the AMap policy below for details. Initialization follows your privacy consent; system location permission is separate.

Where the regional APP version uses Google Maps, the relevant Google service entity processes map/search requests, authorized location and necessary device/network information for maps, routes and navigation under Google’s privacy policy. The provider is identified by the region and APP version you use.

Cloud infrastructure and email providers process necessary information on our behalf for storage, computing and account email delivery. Manufacturers and dealers manage models, vehicles, instruments and city-level distribution within their organizational scope; their administration interface does not provide your precise trip history.

Your authorized physical terminal can receive vehicle commands, phone state, navigation, notifications or screen video. We do not sell personal information to advertisers through these features or upload notification bodies or screen video to our business server. New independent recipients or purposes will be disclosed, with separate consent where required.

Location, notifications and screen sharing

Precise location and trips can reveal your movements; unauthorized disclosure may affect personal or property safety. Processing is limited to relevant functions and applicable authorization. Turning location off affects automatic location, navigation, weather and trips. Real navigation may record phone location continuously until that ride ends. Connection/disconnection snapshots support city statistics, not continuous vehicle surveillance.

Notification forwarding and screen sharing are optional. Confirm the receiving device and surroundings: notifications may contain verification codes or private messages, and video may show other apps. Android notification access, iOS system sharing and system capture permission are managed separately and can be stopped in the APP or system settings. Refusing them does not prevent account use.

Retention and security

Account information, vehicle relationships and trips are stored while providing the respective functions. Successful account deletion removes your account, sessions, personal trips and coordinates, personal challenges and update targets from the online business system. Completed binding and update records lose their user association; vehicle, organization, model, installation and firmware records remain.

Necessary security audit records may retain operation and object identifiers, times and outcomes for security traceability, without plaintext passwords or precise tracks. Legally required retention is limited to its applicable purposes and periods. Residual backups are subject to operational retention and must not be used to restore routine service for deleted accounts.

We use access isolation, password hashing, revocable sessions and secure local storage. No internet or device connection is risk-free. Protect your account and terminal credentials; we will handle relevant incidents and notifications as required by applicable law.

Service regions and international processing

Service nodes may be configured by market; regional hosting does not by itself authorize international transfers. Processing locations depend on the service region and applicable law. Where a transfer requires safeguards, recipient disclosures or separate consent, we will satisfy those requirements before the transfer. Rights granted by your applicable local law are not limited by this policy.

Access, correction, withdrawal and deletion

The APP lets you view and change your display name, view trips, manage vehicle bindings, change your password, sign out and withdraw consent. Contact our privacy email to request access, correction, deletion or an explanation of processing. We verify the requester’s identity; never email passwords or terminal keys.

Use Me → Delete account, re-enter your current password and explicitly confirm. First release terminal access and unbind all vehicles through Me → My vehicles, so physical terminals do not retain offline control authorization. Normal deletion does not require a phone call or manual review. Contact support for exceptional cases such as a lost terminal.

Deletion is irreversible. Signing out, uninstalling or withdrawing consent does not delete your cloud account. Old sessions stop working after deletion; registering again creates a new account without old trips or bindings.

Website and local storage

The website uses local storage for language and appearance preferences; legal pages require no account. Network services receive your IP address, browser requests and necessary operational logs when serving a page. The website currently contains no advertising trackers or marketing analytics scripts. The contact form prepares a draft in your own email client without submitting form contents to the website. If you send the email, we process the details you provide to answer it.

Children, changes and contact

The service is intended for users with the legal capacity and authorization to use the relevant vehicles. Minors need guardian guidance; it is not directed at children under 14. Guardians may contact us about children’s information.
