Infinite Ride Account & Data Deletion

How to delete

1. Sign in to the account you want to delete in Infinite Ride APP (Moto).

2. Use Me → My vehicles to release terminal access and unbind each vehicle. This protects offline control authorization and does not change the manufacturer or dealer relationship.

3. Open Me → Delete account, read the data scope, enter your current password and confirm permanent deletion.

4. When the online transaction completes, the APP signs out and all old sessions become invalid. A failed request displays its reason; signing out alone is never reported as successful deletion.

Deleted and retained information

Deletion removes your email, display name, password hash, account, sessions, personal trips and coordinates, personal challenges and update targets. Completed binding and update history loses its user association. Vehicle/device/organization records and necessary security audits remain. Backups follow operational retention; information retained by law is not used for routine account service.

Deletion cannot be undone. Re-registering the email creates a new user ID without recovering previous trips or bindings.

If you cannot use the APP or release access

Contact service@wpass.cn to explain a lost device, sign-in issue or inability to release terminal access and request account or data handling. Provide information needed to verify identity and device entitlement, never passwords, session tokens or terminal keys. Email is an exceptional assistance and privacy-rights channel; normal in-APP deletion requires no manual review.
