Infinite Ride Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Infinite Ride APP (Moto) account, vehicle connection, navigation, notification and mirroring services operated by 深圳万里畅行科技有限公司. Please also read the Privacy Policy.
Scope of service
We provide Infinite Ride APP (shown as Moto in some versions), the website, accounts and connected hardware services. We supply the APP and hardware SDK; vehicle and board manufacture and driving performance remain the relevant manufacturer’s responsibility. SDK licensing, fees, delivery and support for manufacturers are governed by separate agreed documents.
Accounts and eligibility
Register with an email you are entitled to use, provide accurate necessary information and protect your credentials. Do not sell or rent accounts or impersonate another person. You must have the legal capacity, driving qualifications and vehicle authorization required by applicable law. Contact us promptly if you suspect account compromise.
Binding and transferring a vehicle
Bind, connect to and operate only vehicles you are authorized to use. Pairing, account binding and manufacturer administration are distinct and do not establish legal ownership or guarantee a transaction. A vehicle is bound to one APP account at a time. Follow the APP’s release and unbinding process when transferring a vehicle, replacing a terminal or deleting an account. Do not forge identities, distribute secret keys or bypass terminal safeguards.
Features and compatibility
Features depend on your vehicle, instrument, APP/OS version, permissions and connectivity. Confirm actions such as unlocking from the actual vehicle response; transmission alone does not prove mechanical completion. Music and calls require compatible Bluetooth audio equipment. Location normally comes from the phone, not independent vehicle GNSS. Regional map providers supply maps under their applicable service terms.
Riding safely
Operate the phone, pair devices and adjust settings only while safely parked. Navigation, restrictions, arrival estimates and vehicle information are assistance; follow actual road signs, local law and vehicle condition. Do not rely on the APP for emergency rescue, collision prevention or safety diagnosis. Stop unsafe operations and contact vehicle support when necessary.
Privacy and optional permissions
Processing follows the Privacy Policy and feature notices. You can manage location, Bluetooth, notification and capture permissions. Confirm the terminal before sharing private content. Withdrawal, sign-out, uninstalling and account deletion have different effects, explained in the Privacy Policy and deletion guide.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not attack services, disrupt others, obtain data unlawfully, abuse APIs or control vehicles illegally. Rights in the APP, SDK, website and content belong to us or their lawful owners. Unauthorized copying, distribution and SDK redistribution are prohibited, without excluding interoperability research or other rights expressly permitted by applicable law.
Changes, interruptions and charges
We may adjust services for maintenance, security, compatibility or legal reasons, communicating material changes and obtaining consent when required. Networks, positioning and third-party services may be interrupted; we will take reasonable recovery measures. Any paid feature will separately disclose its price and terms and require your confirmation; these terms do not authorize automatic charges.
Ending use and account deletion
You may stop using the service or delete your account. In-APP deletion requires your current password and explicit confirmation; release and unbind terminals that retain offline access first. Where abuse or security risks occur, we may impose proportionate lawful restrictions and provide explanations and appeal channels where feasible. Data deletion and necessary retention follow the Privacy Policy.
Liability, disputes and contact
Responsibility is determined by applicable law, fault and causation. These terms do not waive non-excludable liability or statutory consumer rights.
